Columbus Mayor Jim Lienhoop speaks during a ceremony to rename the portion of I-65 between Johnson County and Seymour the Tuskegee Airmen Highway at the Columbus Municipal Airport in Columbus, Ind., Friday, Oct. 21, 2016. The Indianapolis Chapter of Tuskegee Airmen Inc. requested that the Indiana Legislature pass a resolution to rename a portion of I-65 in honor the first African American aviators in U.S. history.
